- The entry to the scheme is by invitation only, contact your local DRiV sales team members to get enrolled in a scheme.
- The schemes are valid only for the Retailers/ Reborers/ Mechanics who are given unique enrollment/membership number.
- Retailers/ Reborers/ Mechanics who are not registered and not been given unique enrollment number cannot claim the benefit of the scheme.
- For complete scheme details, please go to ‘About Program’ section of the app and check respective scheme brochure.
- If participant’s points are between two slabs, per point value of lower slab will be considered for the settlement.
- Scheme benefit is not transferable.
- Gift images shown in the brochure are only indicative, actual gifts may vary from them.
- Company has the authority to make any amendment in the scheme without any prior notice and have the right to close or extend the scheme before the scheme period.
- Company reserves the right to fix the point value of all the Products on offer & to further change the same without any notice.
- No Disputes/communications with regards to the above will be entertained.
- Any Dispute will be subject to Delhi Jurisdiction.
- Company will have the right to reject and disallow any claim in case scheme eligibility conditions are not met.
- In case of non-availability of selected gift option from the brochure for any reason, an alternative gift item within the point slab shall be delivered; such an offer shall fulfill all obligation towards you.
- Online KYC completion is mandatory for program settlement.
- Scheme will be settled through gift / RTGS as mentioned in the scheme brochures.
- Smudged or tampered coupon will be declared invalid.
- Taxes are applicable as per the guidelines under section 194R.
